C&C HomeServices began in 2002 when founder Tom Hedges agreed to help some clients manage a property.

The company grew by word of mouth and Tom’s side project organically grew into a successful vacation rental company. Tom’s partner Kelly Akin joined in 2014 and C&C HomeServices expanded over the hill into Teton Valley. The group now manages upwards of 50 luxury homes in the area.

In 2020, C&C HomeServices launched an innovative variable rate commission for Teton County homeowners that allows high-value properties to take control of their commission and see a higher return on their investment.

Tom’s career focuses on real estate investing, real estate brokering, real estate development, glamping resort development, private club development, resort management, and luxury level property management/vacation rental representation.

He’s currently an owner of C&C HomeServices, Conestoga Ranch, LLC, Conestoga Wagon Company, LLC and Akin & Hedges Realty.

Kelly Akin

OWNER

Kelly is an experienced business owner with a demonstrated history of working in the marketing and advertising industry.

He’s skilled in Cash Flow, International Business Development, Management, Print Advertising, and Start-ups. Strong entrepreneurship professional with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) focused in Business Administration from the University of Wyoming.

Kelly serves as Owner/Broker of C&C HomeServices and Akin & Hedges Realty.
